Through our contact form we process your name, email address, company name (if provided) and message content. Through the security disclosure form we process your email address and report content.
Your IP address is automatically logged as a technical record to prevent abuse of the form.
To respond to your requests, questions and feedback; to conduct pre-contractual communications; to triage and respond to vulnerability reports.
Processing relies on KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, Art. 5/2-(f) legitimate interest and, where required, Art. 5/1 explicit consent.
Personal data is retained for as long as required by the relevant processing purpose, subject to statutory retention obligations and prescription periods for potential disputes. At the end of the retention period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
