The policy and commitment of Manta Teknoloji's top management regarding the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

As the top management of Manta Teknoloji ve Bilişim Sistemleri Limited Şirketi, the central theme of the systems we establish in our services under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard is: to demonstrate that information security management is ensured across people, infrastructure, software, hardware, customer information, organizational information, all work and operations, third-party information and financial resources; to safeguard quality and risk management; to measure the process performance of information-quality security management; and to govern relationships with third parties on matters of quality, information security and customer satisfaction.
To protect our information assets against every kind of threat that may arise from inside or outside, knowingly or unknowingly; to provide access to information as required by business processes; to meet legal and regulatory requirements; and to carry out activities aimed at continual improvement.
In all activities carried out, ensuring the continuity of the three fundamental elements of the Information Security Management System is essential.
Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorized access to important information.
Integrity: Demonstrating that the accuracy and integrity of information is maintained.
Availability: Ensuring that authorized parties can access information when needed.
Leadership and Commitment: Our top management leads the establishment and implementation of the ISMS and participates at the highest level in its practices.
To address the security of not only data held electronically, but all data in written, printed, verbal and similar media.
To raise awareness by providing information security management training to all personnel.
To report all vulnerabilities, actual or suspected, to the ISMS Team and ensure they are investigated by the team.
To prepare, maintain and test business continuity plans.
To identify current risks through periodic information security assessments; and based on the results, to review and follow up on action plans.
To prevent any disputes and conflicts of interest that may arise from contracts.
To meet business requirements for access to information and information systems.
As top management, we commit to the implementation and continuity of this policy.
