1. What the messaging module is

Manta Teknoloji ve Bilişim Sistemleri Limited Şirketi is a software company based in İstanbul, Türkiye. It builds and sells its own SaaS products to businesses on a subscription basis.

Messaging is not a separate product. It is a module inside Bi'Klinik, Bi'Salon, Bi'Emlak and Bi'Bulut. Incoming messages appear as one shared inbox on the same screen as the business's appointment and customer records.

3. How businesses connect their accounts

Each customer business connects its own accounts: its WhatsApp Business account, its Instagram professional account and its Facebook Page. The connection is made through Meta's embedded signup flow; the business signs in with its own Meta account and grants access to the Manta product it uses.

The accounts belong to the business. Manta Teknoloji manages them on the business's behalf and sends and receives messages only within the permissions the business granted. The business can review or revoke this access at any time in Meta Business Manager.

6. How the data is used

Message content, phone numbers, account identifiers and related customer data are processed only to provide the service described on this page.

This data is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.

Each customer business can access only its own data. Data is isolated per business account.

Data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Our Privacy Policy describes this in detail.
