This policy explains what data Manta Teknoloji collects through its website and SaaS products, why we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

This policy covers the manta.com.tr website, Manta's SaaS products (Bi'Klinik, Bi'Salon, Bi'Emlak, Bi'Bulut) and the messaging module inside those products.
Website visitors: the name, email address, phone number and message text entered in the contact form, plus technical records such as IP address, browser information and request time, kept for security and error tracking.
Customer businesses: account and billing details, user name and email address, and activity records inside the product.
End customers of those businesses: appointment details, contact details and message content. For this data the business is the data controller and Manta is the processor acting on the business's instructions.
Analytics data: page views, sessions, referring source, device and browser information collected through Google Analytics 4, plus the click, scroll and mouse-movement recordings from Microsoft Clarity.
To provide and maintain the service: running the products and the messaging module, answering support requests.
To meet contractual and legal obligations: performing the subscription agreement, billing, and retention required by law.
For security: preventing abuse, investigating errors and incidents.
We do not use the data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Businesses using the messaging module connect their own WhatsApp Business account, Instagram professional account and the Facebook Page they receive Messenger conversations on, through Meta's embedded signup flow. Messages from the WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channels then arrive in one inbox. Manta manages these accounts on the business's behalf and only within the permissions the business granted.
Incoming and outgoing message content on the WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channels, sender and recipient identifiers, phone numbers and message timestamps are processed only to provide the messaging service: displaying and answering the inbox, sending appointment reminders and confirmations, and managing message templates.
Data obtained from Meta platforms is not sold or shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and is not combined with another customer's data. Each business can access only the message data of its own accounts.
When a business revokes the connection in Meta Business Manager, message exchange stops; stored message data is deleted on request.
We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
We use Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity) for analytics; the usage data these tools collect is processed on the relevant provider's infrastructure.
We use infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). These providers process data only on our instructions and under contract.
To operate the messaging channels, data is exchanged with the platform provider, Meta, under that channel's terms.
We may share data with public authorities where legally required.
Contact form records: up to 2 years after the request is resolved.
Customer account and messaging data: for the duration of the subscription; deleted or anonymised within 6 months after the subscription ends.
Technical logs: up to 12 months.
Records with a longer statutory retention period (invoices, for example) are kept for that period.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is granted on a role basis, and access is logged.
Manta's information security management system is certified to TS ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The certification body is ICT Certify Test ve Belgelendirme Ltd. Şti., certificate number YS-385-01, TÜRKAK accreditation number AB-0174-YS.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request data portability.
Send your request to info@manta.com.tr. We respond within 30 days at the latest. Deletion requests are fulfilled for data we are not legally required to retain.
If you are a customer of a business using our products and your request concerns that business's data, we forward the request to that business, which is the data controller for it.

When we update this policy we change the date shown at the top of the page. We inform customer businesses separately about significant changes.
